A Day of Tennis, Yoga and Connection

Step into a transformative day where tennis, yoga, and meaningful connection meet. Whether you’re a seasoned tennis player, new to the sport, an experienced yogi, or someone curious to try something new, this day is designed to support you in feeling stronger, calmer, and more connected to your body. In collaboration with Gabriella Kepinski, founder of Business & Balls, this event offers a balanced blend of physical movement, mindfulness, and community.

Event Schedule

  • 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM: Tennis Drill-Exercises with Coach
    Begin the day by refining your game with tennis drills designed for players of all levels. Whether you’re perfecting your serve or just learning the basics, this session will build your confidence and enhance your skills.

  • 1:00 PM - 1:45 PM: Fitness for Racket Players
    This full-body workout focuses on strength, flexibility, and injury prevention specifically for racket sports. By the end of this session, you’ll feel more agile and ready to take on the court with greater ease.

  • 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM: Functional Medicine Yoga
    Led by Fredrika (yoga teacher) and Elenor (yoga teacher and physiotherapist) - this yoga session combines modern science with the ancient traditions of yoga.

    Functional Medicine Yoga is a soft, calming practice designed to regulate the nervous system by blending mindful movement and breath.

    This session will be particularly beneficial for improving focus, mental clarity, and stress reduction. It will also incorporate movements that are especially helpful for racket players - enhancing flexibility, strength, and preventing injury.

    Whether you're looking to sharpen your mind or recover from physical strain, this practice will leave you feeling more grounded and rejuvenated.
  • 3:00 PM - 4:00 PM: Picnic & Mingling
    End the day with a relaxing picnic, where you can unwind, reflect, and connect with others. This is the perfect time to discuss the insights gained during the day and deepen your connections with like-minded individuals in a supportive, informal setting.

What to Bring:

  • Tennis racket
  • Yoga mat / hamam towel / any suitable underlay
  • Water bottle
